If I could give 1 million stars to this company, I would! I am astounded by the kindness, wonderful customer service, great work ethic, trustworthiness, communication, and effort of going above and beyond what was needed and required. I truly don't have the words to tell you all how wonderful of a job they did. It was our first time needing our septic tank pumped and I am so very thankful we called them. From the great communication with Lindsay with questions, to the quick scheduling of the job the next morning, to the job that Cody performed on our tank. I can't recommend highly enough. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to provide us with information we need moving forward and trying to fix some other issues we are having. We will, without a doubt be calling them for each and every plumbing need in the future. It is so wonderful to find such a gem of a company. First time customer of this company and we had a terrific experience! They performed a full service to our porta john, including a pump out, cleaning, and refill of chemicals/fresheners. Extremely easy to schedule and best price around! The tech was polite and prompt, this will be our go-to company for future servicing. Thanks!

We use these guys for the first time. I was very impressed with how professional they are. Starting with the person that I talk to on the phone Lindsay. She was very nice understanding all my needs and ask questions that I would've probably never asked because of lack of knowledge. Then the truck came. It was very respectful to my property. And he was very straightforward and honest with me I had an issue with my septic tank and he let me know the ins and outs that it needed to be done and why. He came back within a week and replaced it for me. Very reasonable prices and I would highly recommend Mr. septic to clean out your waist. You have a lifetime customer with me from here on in. Hi, Party people!! So I called this great company Mr. Septic Last week. From the start of the phone call, till the time they were done With the snaking the line, Mr. Septic was so professional and so respectful! I was very annoying asking them so many question, He never once disrespected me for asking questions. I will only call this company from this day forward. They were on time, carefully found the problem and let me know pricing along the way. I had a baby sleeping here, They never woke him up, as the baby was right in the Livingroom where they had to bring the machine in and out of the house. If I could give more stars I would.......Great guys, Great Company.........

Cody came and cleaned our septic tank and put in a riser. They did a wonderful job. Efficient and very professional. Wonderful value as well. Will use them again for sure. Could not be happier with their service.

We could not be more satisfied with the service provided to us by Mr Septic! Lindsey is friendly and personable. Codey is extremely knowledgeable and works quickly and efficiently. Mr. Septic offers exceptional customer service. Their work is professional, clean, timely and priced just right. Mr. Septic's same day service was a life saver for us. We had them out to the house a few times now and they were more than capable of handling our needs. We will recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Cody came to empty two septic tanks at my home which were causing lots of problems, and he was excellent. He got here around 7:30pm and didn't leave until 10pm because he was helping me dig holes in the ground which was frozen, etc. He didn't have to do any of that extra work but he did and was incredibly helpful. Cody was extremely informative, friendly, and easy to talk to. Highly recommended.

We had an emergency situation on a Saturday evening. My husband called Mr. Sceptic and left a voice mail and we received a call back promptly. He was professional and really went the extra mile to fix our plugged sceptic system. He was courteous, friendly and got the job done. I would highly recommend Mr Sceptic!

Good honest people, came on a Saturday short notice when my septic backed up and even got the clog out and did some plumbing, couldn't be more appreciative and thankful. I 100% recommend them, great friendly customer service also. I will be using them again in the near future. Thank you
